We are working on a new construction house and wanted a certified American Standard dealer / technician to evaluate the job that had been done and the equipment we would need. Dean ( the prez) came out from Killowatt (within one hour of my phoning him) . He spent a full hour evaluating every nuance of the job / and flagged elements that turned out to be missing and critically important. He was truly knowledgeable and solved so many problems that I am truly grateful . And then he waived the nominal consulting fee we had agreed to in advance of his visit . It was cold and rainy when my older furnace suddenly stopped working. When I told Kilowatt I was a senior they came the same day and went out of their way to get the part needed asap and fixed it right away. They were fair and reasonable and the nicest people to deal with; I can see why my neighbors told me they were the ones to call. I recommend them highly!

We have been using Kilowatt for a few years since they installed two new systems on our property. The new systems have worked perfectly -and quietly!- and have greatly improved our temperature control year round (we can now maintain a practically constant temperature and don"t find ourselves waiting for the units to "kick in"). We are on a monthly maintenance plan and the company reaches out every six months to schedule the maintenance on the units, making the process a breeze.
