“My HVAC system has not been cooling effectively this year, and peak summer heat is just about to come upon the Valley. So I called up Ara, as he had worked on my system many years ago and I had remembered that he had done a great job.

This time he was once again very detailed and patient with diagnosing all the problems with it (e.g. low refrigerant, leak, outdoor fan not running) and made sure that everything was addressed thoroughly within a couple of hours.
