My service was very good. Things have been changing for me as I was used to Michael helping me but has now retired. I mentioned to my service tech that I initiated the call as I pay the subscription for twice a year service.

We love Pros 360 Air for our HVAC service and maintenance. Marlan our Service Tech completed a detailed service with pictures and descriptions of everything he serviced. The office staff are also wonderful. So attentive and courteous. I love their slogan, “Hello this is Pros 360, How can we make you smile today” They also installed our HVAC plus duct work, furnace and condenser about a year ago. Leal the head sales consultant walked us through all the steps and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Best company overall!

I needed refrigerant recharge, but technician (Henry) made full inspection, explained any possible issues. No rushing or pushing. Very comfortable to work with and happy with their service.
