Victor, the technician, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the AC system should work and the various problems with it. He also seemed to know more about pools than the pool company we recently had redo our pool. He was able to advise me on a pool LED light issue we are having.
Rudy was very helpful. He addressed my questions in a comprehensive manner beyond that of a dispatcher. He appears knowledgeable about general HVAC for helping the customer decide in the type of service that is neeeded.
We recently had our HVAC unit serviced by Juan who discovered a leak. Now, we can have it fixed before summer. Greatly appreciate his service/insight.
Further update as of today July 16, 2026: We just had a new Lennox AC/HVAC system installed, and it is working wonderfully! Last week while having our heating system serviced, I asked our technician Rizen if there were any new AC units available to purchase in the winter for next summer since prices are usually lower then. However, Rizen surprised me, and said there were new Lennox units available now at a discount price. He called the office and spoke with Matthew who confirmed it.
