I called Southwest because my elderly neighbor and friend has a mini split that wasn't working and we were headed into the hottest week of the year. It just didn't seem safe. Southwest fit us in and were out at his house within a few hours making the needed repairs. The price we very fair and the technician was kind and knowledgeable. He worked on adding refrigerant for 2 hours outside in the heat. I would highly recommend for an honest and reliable experience.
