I had Tony the service person from Precise Air to service my mini-split which had stopped working. We had the best experience with this young man; he found the problem and got it up and working promptly. What a great personable, intelligent, polite person this young man is; a true asset to the company. He not only serviced the system but told us step by step what and why he was doing what he did. Thank you so much for having great people like Tony in your employment.
