While the problem was in our outdoor condenser, he was thorough and checked the other components of our system to verify there were not any additional hidden problems. He had the parts needed on his truck and was able to bring our system back to life during this single visit. He also made recommendations for additional service which would improve efficiency and extend the life of our 10-year-old system even further.
