Great experience today with So Cal Air. We've been enjoying heat exhaustion the past 4 days after our system became non-responsive. Our technician, Robert, showed up early, if anything (yay) and got things working again after diagnosing a blocked drain pipe which had led to a couple of burnt-out electrical components.
The A/C is working again and we are happy (and cooler) campers. Would recommend So Cal Air 100%.

He communicated clearly what he would be doing and the possible alternatives based upon his inspection of our HVAC (mini split) system.
