“I called SoCal Air for an annual inspection and maintenance on my residential HVAC. They were there the same day and did a great job.“

“I had originally used a company that I thought was based in CA but turns out was overseas. Communication was a bit of a problem, but the big issue was that their T24 CF1R report required an expensive ERV unit.

It seemed unlikely to me that an ERV was necessary for my project, so I needed someone who was local that could review and confirm if that was really required.

and he was able to edit the report and concluded that an ERV was not required.
