The service went perfectly... as has been our experience consistently with SoCal Green Hvac! The tech, Eric, was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Tanner was my sales technician. He came to the house and did a very thorough examination and was very good at listening to my thoughts and concerns. He was on time and very professional and asked a lot of questions. SoCal Green Hvac was my 5th quote from a major A/C company as I knew this was going to be an enormous expense. I had taken about 8 months doing research on all the companies that were highly recommended. Tanner wrote a fair proposal and was flexible with a few items.
