I attended the personal makeup class with Chau. She is amazing, patient , kind , sweet and funny . I have very little knowledge of make up and don’t even know how to use brushes . She patiently taught me how to hold brushes and how to apply it. She showed what color and product are the best with my skin color tone. Her positive vibe and easy tactics making me easy and to have fun during the class.

More specifics on the look: I have naturally curly hair that I wanted to maintain, but just shape and spruce up a bit. I went to Beyond Veneer to see Alejandra newly postpartum and new to California. my hair is very curly and I've been getting curly cuts since 2009. before that I thought I had frizzy, wavy hair. I have done Ouidad, Curly Girl, and many other methods. I loved that Alejandra and the other members of the salon team knew about all of the types of cuts I've had and how I take care of my hair. Rather than convincing me to change my entire hair routine, Alejandra helped work with me to being my curls back after a long time without a cut. I sent an inspiration photo that made me nervous because it was a big change, but one that I was ready for. I walked out happy, confident, and ready to go back to work After maternity leave.

When I first moved to the Bay Area, I started seeing Erna for hair cuts and color, and I’ve been seeing her ever since! She provides quality cuts and color—great attention to detail. Whenever I have a balayage or babylights done, even the grow out looks good! Erna is also always willing to answer any questions I have about the process. She definitely makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. Not only does she focus on the quality of the hair color, but I also appreciate that she makes sure that my hair is still healthy! Farin had a lot of experience with hair, and that was evident in the details she looked into while doing my root touch up. My only gripe is that she did not take time to dry my hair. I sat under the dryer for over 20 minutes to dry my hair after my appointment! I don’t know about her but in all the salons I have been to a basic rough dry is a must have with hair color/ root touch up. It left a little too much to be desired in terms of service. She’s cordial and professional. Taking a star off for the service and overall experience.

Got my first balayage here with Thy and I can honestly say she definitely cares about her clients' wants, thinks about how the hair will turn out longer term, and knows how to execute the hair very well. She was precise and also thought about how to best color my hair the way i wanted with as little damage as possible. I initially booked with her because her balayages looked amazing in photos from past clients, and I totally didn't regret it! Try and book early since she gets booked quick! Definitely coming back.

Really great spot to get a quick haircut. The owner Larry is really friendly and welcoming, and he knows how to do an excellent job. It is really affordable as well, he even offers a discount for high school and college students so I highly recommend if you are in school. Overall great experience.

I recently moved to the South Bay and was in search of a good salon for nails, facial and hair. I stumbled upon this place on Yelp and owing to the great reviews, thought of giving it a try. I am so thankful I did, as I might have just discovered my new go to salon for all my needs (under one roof)! Service is exemplary, prices are reasonable for the effort put in and the final output delivered, and the location is perfect with enough parking outside and great and clean interiors, with proper demarcation for each service offered. Got my nails and pedicure done by Nancy, facial by Emily and haircut by Kevin....and I was super happy and pleased with each one of them. They are all really good at what they do. Thank you for making it a great experience for me yesterday, and for being patient with my Apple Pay and discharged phone although it was way beyond your closing time. I'll be back for sure!
So glad I found Pamper Nails! Sarah and Victoria always do an excellent job with my manicures. They are very professional and fun to talk to. Victoria is extremely talented with nail art, I usually find pictures online and she is able to replicate them. Sarah's manicure last usually about 3 weeks and seldom chips (I am constantly washing my hands and they withstand this). I text for appointments and they're able to accommodate my busy schedule. I highly recommend for talented beautiful work.
Annie's business is now located at Maryam's salon, 1360 S Mary Ave Sunnyvale, CA 94087 (very close to Zanotto's Market Sunnyvale). Same great service at a reasonable price. Very convenient if you need to pick up some groceries after your appointment. BTW with Annie appointment essential, she is a very busy lady, in great demand!
Valeria is very professional and pleasant person. I had a great hardware pedicure, very clean and nicely done. The place is very clean and all tools are professionally sterilize. The pedicure is not cheap but is worth it.

100% recommend! I’ve been here twice for a perm and a trim and I’ve always been satisfied. I live in Fresno and I couldn’t find a barber/hairstylist that made me feel so good after the cut. Definitely worth the drive. I love that miki provides feed backs and she understands your vision for your hair.

I purchased a Groupon for lip blushing with a touch-up here. Diana was the esthetician who provided the service. She's an artist! She was very courteous and thoughtful--I was very nervous about getting this done, so her kindness and assurance made me feel very comfortable. Using her guidance and my preferences, she mixed the shade. I love it! It makes my lips look so much fuller, and the color added more life to my complexion. Both the first appointment and touch-up were pleasant experiences. Diana's hospitality and bedside manners were greatly appreciated. If you're on the fence about getting this done, I say go for it! Juran was great, so lovely. I had previously gotten a really bad haircut elsewhere and asked Juran if she could fix it. She took me as a walk in and fixed my hair so fast. It looked great and I felt so much better.

She's located inside SOLA SALON #15 behind the bank. Prior to starting, she asked me my concerns/what I was aiming for then got started. The facial itself was very relaxing! After the facial, she gave me recommendations on how to take care of my face and showed her some of the products I use. She even has some products straight from Korea you can purchase from her. Considering the convenient location and quality, I'd be glad to come back.

This is my 2nd time getting the "Quinn's facial" and she delivers! The parking is limited in their area, subletting with other establishments. There's a good thing that they have an EV go charging port nearby. It has also a parking garage nearby too but you have to limited your time to 2 hours or you will have to pay for a fee. All in all i had a great time! See you next month Miss Quinn!

I've received massage therapy from Vanessa weekly for over a year now. The neck pain that originally plagued me and kept me awake at night is long gone. I no longer need the heating pad or ice bag treatment that I resorted to previously. I'm seventy-eight years old and occasional muscle pain just seems to be a part of life. Vanessa's massage therapy skills keep me going and for this I am truly grateful.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Krystal and I absolutely love them! This is my first time getting my eyebrows done so of course, i had a bunch of questions and anxiety about it but Krystal was the sweetest person about the whole thing. She made sure I was comfortable before starting. I told her about my face insecurities and what I liked/disliked about certain eyebrow tattoos and she really took her time mapping out my eyebrows and doing them until I got exactly what I wanted. You can tell she really cares about her clients and making them happy when you see her work. It's been a week now and after seeing my eyebrows heal and the outcome, hands down Krystal is my go to person forever when it comes to my eyebrows! :D
I coordinated with Simi for my bridal makeup hair and draping. Simi guided me through every step of the process. She was prompt and prepared with everything she needed. She was highly professional and communicative with me the entire time. Everyone at the event loved my hair and makeup. The makeup was flawless and suited my face. The hair was also well done. There was a slight issue with my draping because my dupatta was very heavy, so it was hard to pin it to the blouse and kept on loosening. The bridegroom also got slight makeup done, And he liked it a lot too. I will recommend Pushp and Simi for all hair and makeup needs in the future.
Da Wei is not only the best tattoo artist, he's a very nice guy. I have given Da Wei a photo or drawing that I want to use for the tattoo, and I always tell him to add whatever he thinks would improve it. Lily is great, super nice and very helpful. You will love Da Wei's work!
Sorry for blurry pic but it was a great experience !! The studio was clean and nicely decorated with his work. He also pays very close attention to detail with the designs and he's very good at what he does.
How I settled on Chapter Tattoo was his detailed emails. He was professional and to the point. The shop was clean with black and white walls. He took me through his workstation on how each person has a brand new needle and ink set. Once the work is completed, he discards the needles in his biohazard red bin under his workstation. All his surfaces are stainless steal, disinfected, and items wrapped in plastic are changed out with each client. He is passionate about his work, calm, and he is a people person. He made sure my tattoos had the correct symmetry on my arm. This was my very first tattoo and ended up with two. Chapter Tattoo is the best place in town.

Ivan has done three plumbing jobs for us now over the last 3 years, and he is great to work with. Very responsive, does good work, and is courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him, especially given plumbing is not something you want to take a chance on.

Called our friend Marianne who manages some properties for us over at Hill & Company and asked her who she uses for heating and cooling (Property Managers always have the best people) and she gave me the number for ATC.
This was a little before Noon. By 1 PM Dylan from ATC was at my door and by 2:30 he was done and we were back up and running. The pice was extremely reasonable too! I couldn’t be happier. This was by far the fastest and easiest repair experience I have ever had.

Even better they had a appointment for Wednesday and the technician should up. He was on time and very professional, I told him that I wanted the lights on my porch and in my driveway. Deleted 1 star for lack of information that when upgrading to premium the keys will have different teeth/cut outs than the original. And even though the keys lack the same look as original, they still work when inserted into the lock. So feedback or Help Q&A, which I couldn’t locate in KeyMe box, should add a statement “additional keys made with premium upgrade may look different from your original, and will operate like your original key.”

They were very cautious when moving the furniture and made sure their work area stayed clean, which I appreciate so much. They got the carpet super clean. Great guys, great service, great work. I bought some hardwood floors (through my contractor) to replace some damaged areas and unfortunately, even though it was the same manufacturer and colour based on what we ordered previously 3 years ago and the sample at the shop, when it came to installing, it turned out to be a different colour which is due to the manufacturer. So, it meant that I had to restain the floor to get some consistency between the floor, I got multiple vendors to come out to give me a quote and got varying responses including people saying it is not possible and for me to replace the floor completely. Evergreen was pretty fast at responding through yelp and text. They came out and gave me a written quote through email at was very competitive so I accepted that same day. The guys came out within a few days to start the work and worked very efficiently and communicated with us through the process. I had asked them to cover their shoes as we had just cleaned the house so appreciate them accommodating. Job was completed within a couple of days and was done at a high standard. I can't remember their names of everyone I dealt with however, everyone was very professional and the quote/ invoicing was easy.

We're extremely happy with the results and service we got from Alliance Group Builders! We worked with JD who was very friendly, professional, and communicative. Our kitchen remodel included a complete demolition of our old cabinets and tile, the haul away of all that material, leveling our floors, new cabinet and countertop installation, new lights, plumbing for our new pot filler + ice maker, upgraded plumbing for our sink, a new backsplash, and painting. Everything from the build to the inspections went super smoothly.A few months back, we hired some contractors to do our bathroom flooring through Home Depot. The Home Depot contractors didn't listen to what we wanted and messed up on our floor too (quality was also terrible, but I'll save that for another review). That experience made me apprehensive to do other renovations around the house and to be honest, I was expecting to be stressed out from this kitchen remodel too, but JD took care of everything! He has great craftsmanship and made sure we were satisfied with the job. When we got our cabinets or other materials, he made sure to inspect everything before installation. After each work day, he and his guys would clean up and vacuum all the debris, let us know they were heading out, and update us on any significant progress. Near the end of the project, he even spent a couple days looking at small details to touch up on paint or trim work and asked us to point out anything we wanted fixed. Had a giant sequoia in our front yard that we needed removed. Mr Kelly came over on time and as promised, and explained all the steps to remove it, including grinding the stump and it's roots. I'm not too picky about my dentist, but my wife is. This place is world class multigenerational dentistry. Sitting in the lobby chatting with folks. Patient exclaimed that she's been coming. The entire history of the practice was only on her second hygienist. A dentist can retain their staff like that Knows how to treat their patient and customers as well. We also enjoyed that they have a fully integrated practice with our oral surgeons that are right next-door..

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lee twice a year for our regular dental checkups since we moved to this area in 2019. We are grateful she accepts our dental insurance. Dr. Lee is very kind, gentle, and reassuring. My husband and I schedule side by side appointments which helps ease our dental anxieties and ensures both of us keep up with our preventative checkups and cleanings. I have unfortunately had some traumatic experiences with other dentists and orthodontists in the past, which has caused me to become extremely anxious during dental appointments/anything involving my teeth. However, Dr. Lee creates a calming space and is understanding and respects any special requests or worries. I notice she even remembers them during my next appointment. I think it's also special that she spends more time with her patients compared to other dentists I've seen in the past. She genuinely cares.

I have been struggling with hip pain for almost a year. I have been trying several approaches but wasn’t able to get ride of my pain. After few sessions with Vid I felt significantly better. He was able to put together a functional approach that includes everything needed in a structured way in order to get successful results and find root cause of issues.
He meticulously did comprehensive tests to figure all problematics area and checked the status of my spine and hip through x-ray imaging. I like that approach as it allows to be sure about what’s going on without speculation and confirm the right path to follow.

Dr. Shu is a very attentive and patient doctor. I originally came to him with severe neck pain that was so bad, I couldn’t sleep at night. After just my first session, I was already able to sleep much better. I started with two visits a week, then gradually reduced to once a week, and now I only need to go once every three weeks. A good doctor starts with genuine care — and Dr. shu truly exemplifies that.

I took my rescue dog in for her first wellness appointment, which went very well. The office staff is very kind and service is quick. I love how they schedule non-urgent or non -surgery appointments in the morning for the same day.

One of the finest veterinary clinics I have known. I took my two cats here for over 5 years, and they received excellent care, from routine check-ups to ongoing care for a chronic disease. They helped me emigrate overseas with my cats, professionally and promptly and clearly handling a complicated and time-sensitive process. They even continued to write prescriptions for one of my cats, when her medication faced shortages in our new country. Really stellar care, and I am sorry to no longer be able to come here!
Excellent professional service from Dr. Natt and his staff. They were able to see her right away. Bailey went in because she ate my other dogs medication thinking they were treats. He pumped her stomach, gave her charcoal and ran test to make sure she was OK. The medication she ate had no effect on her and she is fine. I get monthly deep tissue massages at Elements Massage. My regular therapist is Tom and I’ve had a wonderful experience with him so far. He’s knowledgeable and provides care suited to my needs. At the start of each session, he asks me for what I want to focus on and for how long in each area, and appropriately customizes the session. I always feel rejuvenated after each session. He also suggests home remedies for recurrent problems to improve my conditions on a day to day basis. Highly recommended.
Walked in by accident since I can't find a place that accepting last min appointment, I felt welcomed at the beginning, don't even need to wait. The prices are very reasonable, Cash only and the massage therapists are highly skilled in acupoint massage. The room was quiet and clean, with soothing lighting and music. It’s worth noting that they don’t offer foot massages purely; All treatments are full body work.

I’ve been going to Dr. Xia’s office for acupuncture and massage for the past month, and I truly cannot recommend her services enough. Dr. Xia is incredibly attentive, efficient, and caring. Each time I go in for a massage, there’s a different masseuse—but every single one has been excellent, with just the right pressure and warmth. It’s become my favorite weekly self-care ritual.
During my acupuncture sessions, I share my current health concerns—like hair loss or irregular periods—and Dr. Xia listens thoughtfully and applies her TCM expertise. I often notice improvement almost immediately.

Recently I had a recurrence of a major lower back pain, it’s killing me for the past two months. After reading the reviews on google, I decided to try acupuncture because I went to a chiropractor just weren't helping and I was in too much pain to get back to golf. Wellcare health center was a miracle place, Only four visits and I feel like I'm 100% fixed.At beginning the treatment, the needles started going in and I felt like comfortable, after took the needles out and then "cupped" the whole side of my lower back, After the cupping I still received massage therapist, their massaged which felt amazing with this secret oil that their used.After the first visit I still felt pain and was still skeptical but went back. After the second treatment there was a significant increase in pain relief. After the third I was basically cured. I went for a fourth for good measure without acupuncture, from now on I still booked a weekly appointment just for massage therapy to make sure relax my low back, and I must say here is wonderful amazing. The acupuncturist is very friendly and sincerely wants his patients to feel better.Highly highly recommended!!!
I was referred here by Worker's Comp. Normally they don't send me anywhere good, but this time they got it right. Jocelyn is fantastic. She makes you feel welcome, you can tell she sincerely cares about the patients, and though I was skeptical at first (recovering from shoulder surgery), I noticed improvements to my mobility after the 3rd visit. I was given 6 visits and I'm not completely healed, so my doctor has requested more visits. Totally worth it coming here. Side note, it's at first difficult to find and street parking is a bit of a challenge sometimes, but still worth it.
I've been having persistent trouble with some lower back pain for a few months. I decided to try acupuncture at this clinic from a friend's recommendation and definitely feel an improvement. I also had some treatment for some stress and fatigue. She's seems very experienced in dealing with these niggling issues so I'm happy with the results so far!

Alan is an amazing instructor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone who needs to learn how to drive. He is probably the best instructor in the Bay Area, and he will get you confidently driving in no time!
I did 9 lessons with Alan over a period of 1 month, and he took me from being not very confident (after trying out three lessons a different instructor) to passing my test and driving well on the freeway! This was done with zero practice in between lessons.
Alan is extremely professional, is always on time, and delivers same day feedback. He also tailors his teaching style to the student’s learning style, and is keen on understanding his students’ thought process if mistakes are made, so they can be properly fixed.
For every single weakness I had in my driving, Alan had a strategy to fix it - this included fixing my turning speed, correctly using my mirrors, lane positioning and keeping the wheel straight. He is adept at observing to see exactly what the student is doing wrong and coming up with a formula to correct it.
Additionally, he is extremely professional. He was always punctual and polite, never raised his voice and never did anything that diminished my confidence in any way as a student who was initially struggling. I have always had some anxiety about driving, but I actually looked forward to my lessons because I started to enjoy driving as I could feel myself improving. On the day of the lesson, he made sure that I was confident and encouraged me not to feel anxious, and I was happy to pass on my first try.
