Great communication and amazingly refreshed carpets. We were very happy with every part of the service from Warriors Carpet Cleaning. Maximus and Dustin were friendly, clear about the carpet cleaning process, and very easy to talk with. Before the work started, we went over the problem areas in our carpet, including pet urine spots from a nervous dog and heavy everyday wear, so our biggest concerns were fully addressed. After the cleaning, the carpets looked almost brand new, which was impressive considering the strong pet odor and deep traffic stains. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and related floor care. They also clean grout and tile, which is a big plus.
They have been cleaning and applying fiber protection to my carpets and upholstery for a long time. Our carpet cleaning service today with Maximus and Dustin was outstanding. Both technicians were careful, hardworking, and very efficient. They arrived in clean professional uniforms, brought strong carpet cleaning equipment, and kept a friendly, respectful attitude the whole time. The carpets looked refreshed and noticeably cleaner when the job was done, and the whole service felt smooth and well organized.
