The masseuse is professional and friendly, providing excellent body work. However, there was a check-in software glitch that took longer than usual and it is worth noting that there is no way to tip using a gift card. Overall, clients are satisfied with their experiences and interactions at this establishment, and highly recommend it. The masseuses' expertise, professionalism, and attentiveness create a better massage experience.
I get monthly deep tissue massages at Elements Massage. My regular therapist is Tom and I’ve had a wonderful experience with him so far. He’s knowledgeable and provides care suited to my needs. At the start of each session, he asks me for what I want to focus on and for how long in each area, and appropriately customizes the session. I always feel rejuvenated after each session. He also suggests home remedies for recurrent problems to improve my conditions on a day to day basis. Highly recommended.
I went here today and had Abby as my massage therapist and she was awesome! Before she started, she took the time to ask what kind of session I wanted and what areas of my body I wanted her to focus on and what parts I wanted her to avoid and she listened carefully AND remembered all these details once the session got started, which is huge. Abby was very thorough and used just the right amount of deep-but-not-too-deep pressure to undo a bunch of knotted muscles, especially my shoulders and back. She knew to focus on these areas as I told her I sit in front of a computer during most of my workday. This was an important detail that she asked about and made sure to keep into consideration throughout the session. In my opinion, this is exactly what separates a good massage therapist from an exceptional one: Attention to detail to make sure the client gets the exact care they need, specific to their needs. She is incredible at what she does and I will be sure to ask for her next time. As an added bonus to all of the above, Abby is super nice and has a positive, warm demeanor. It is clear Abby loves what she does for a living. I am almost a little hesitant to post this review because I selfishly don't want it to be harder to book a session with Abby if she becomes more in-demand! But I cannot not recognize her in a review as I want her to be around at this location for as long as possible. P.S. After our session, I made sure to tell her manager (Theresa) about how great a session I had with Abby so I recommend you do the same if you feel similarly. (And please tip Abby well!)
I am ALWAYS Satisfied with my experience and interactions at this establishment. The receptionists are pleasant, considerate, and efficient. And my massage specialist is phenomenal — I always get excellent body work done and he is professional and well trained! Highly recommend!
