Elements Massage Sunnyvale offers personalized and therapeutic massages, with expert certified therapists who focus on the individual needs of their clients. The establishment is known for its attention to detail and ability to provide exact care to each client. For example, one therapist, Abby, took the time to ask about specific areas of concern and remembered these details throughout the session. She used the right amount of pressure to undo knotted muscles, especially in the shoulders and back, which were identified as problem areas due to the client's work habits. Abby's attentiveness and skill set her apart as an exceptional massage therapist.
The receptionists at Elements Massage Sunnyvale are described as pleasant, considerate, and efficient. The masseuse is professional and friendly, providing excellent body work. However, there was a check-in software glitch that took longer than usual and it is worth noting that there is no way to tip using a gift card.
Overall, clients are satisfied with their experiences and interactions at this establishment, and highly recommend it. The masseuses' expertise, professionalism, and attentiveness create a better massage experience.
Everyone at Elements is friendly, balanced with strong professional boundaries. I appreciate the variety of massage styles offered, and the ability to try a new therapist and new style whenever I feel the need for something different. Wonderful staff here!
Lauren was amazing. I went in the day after a sports injury with a strained back muscle, and she was extremely knowledgeable. She gave me a great massage, clearly explained what had happened, and walked me through how to manage the healing process. I am definitely going back again and have a monthly membership after this experience.
Tom is my go-to massage therapist. I have gone to him every month since I was given a membership for Christmas of 2023. I get a 2-hour deep tissue massage, and it is an absolute dream to feel like all of your muscles are no longer tight and stiff. I really love his kindness and common sense. He is a great guy who knows how to make my muscles feel so much more relaxed.
