I called Matt in the morning and he had someone here within one hour. It was so efficient and easy. His team is extremely professional and he is an excellent communicator. I can’t believe how quickly and simply everything was handled.

I had the very challenging kitchen sink pipe clog likely because of the heavy rust build up. A & A guy was really persistent to address this, it took a couple of hours to get through the clog. Really appreciate your professionalism.

A&A has been my go-to plumber for years. They are honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and on-time. I don't understand some of the negative reviews that have shown up here. Dominique, who answers the phone, is wonderful: always polite and efficient. Mike Fox, the owner, is truly a master plumber. There doesn't seem to be any plumbing issue that he can't fix, and my old house has certainly presented him with some challenges over the years! He shares his expertise and has a very well-trained staff as a result of his teaching. The only disadvantage with A&A is that they are closed on weekends, and plumbing emergencies (like hot water heaters going out) seem to happen to me on weekends! My latest interaction with A&A involved a shower mixing valve that intermittently wasn't mixing properly. Another plumber wanted over $3000 to remove the cartridge and "flush the system." I called A&A for a second opinion the next time the valve acted up. Rosendo came out (right on time), and assured me that for now the valve was nothing to be concerned about, but if it got worse I should call A&A and they would either clean or replace the cartridge. While he was here, I asked me to evaluate an issue with the kitchen sink faucet. He told me that he didn't want to take it apart to lubricate it because with such an old faucet, something would start to leak. Instead, he lubricated it intact, and it is swiveling much better. His expertise and half an hour here only cost me A&A's standard service fee of $85--not $3000 to perform a service on the shower valve that wasn't needed. Thank you, A&A!
