Ok So we all know that anyone can and does write positive & negative things about anyone and everyone these days depending on how they feel at the moment My experience was positive Here's why Jake answered the phone because he happened to be between jobs He said he would call me back & he did That's all good so far but what impressed me the most was (1) we agreed to a date & time (2) I later called to request an earlier time (3) not only did he work with me and my schedule he was pleased to do so (4) he arrived on schedule (5) he was not only polite & friendly but also immediately went to assess the situation to verify there was no complications based on our conversation I could go on and on The bottom line is Jake is running his own business and he does excellent work It's so refreshing to have an individual that comes into your home that is professional,careful and respectful As long as Jake is willing to help me keep my carpets clean I'm happy Tom
