As I just had the service yesterday, this review is only for customer service not the product! The crew showed up as scheduled, however I did not pay attention and did not have my faucets removed. They were very kind to reschedule it for the next day. They showed up as promised were extremely polite and efficient and clean and my marble island top looks amazing, but like I said, the jury is out on the product
My tile/grout looks a lot better but not great after cleaning. When paying $500/hr for the cleaning, I expected GREAT. However, they returned to see if a hydrogen peroxide treatment would improve the grout color and were willing to reclean it all if a test showed improvement. Unfortunately the add'l treatment didn't help; my floor is showing its age.
I used Gemini Google to find Prostone and am very happy with the recommendation. They just left after cleaning our 20+ yr old shower including marble floor tiles. It looks amazing and so much better! Charlie and Alex were very professional and took great pride in doing the best job possible. Thank you, Prostone!
