If it weren’t for Alexis, I honestly would have given up on this place after my experience getting builder gel and French tips from the only guy working there.
The builder gel was burning my nails every time I put my hands under the UV light. I kept pulling my hands out because the burning was so intense, but the technician seemed annoyed and frustrated. He was also hurting me while cutting my nails and repeatedly asked after each cut if I wanted him to continue. Of course I wanted my nails finished—I wasn’t going to leave with half-cut nails. The entire experience was honestly excruciating and very uncomfortable.

Had a mani/pedi this morning at the newly renovated Sunnyvale Salon. New massage chairs very comfortable and space felt more open, less crowded. Jasmine did a great pedicure and Kit a wonderful manicure. Very relaxing morning!
