Massage was fine but the hot stone is not great. The stones don't stay hot since since they heat them in an electric box rather than the crock pot they did before. The lady is constantly reheating the stones so she doesn't line thm up on my back anymore. Not her fault. She does the best she can with what she is given and I am too lazy to find another place. Staff are pleasant besides one lady.

Madison is an amazing esthetician she is very professional and also knows her area of work, she is very welcoming as well as delicate with your face. She takes a lot of pride in her work as I can tell coming from one professional to another. I'm very pleased with her service as well as being able to feel comfortable enough to share my thoughts on my skin care routine.I really enjoy massage envy and the business that they provide. This was my first time to Massage Envy. I made an appointment because I'd strained my lower back last weekend. Facility is clean and modern. The check-in was quick and easy. My masseuse, Edgar, was very good. He was strong enough to do enough of a medium to deep tissue massage. I felt great when I left. I even signed up and bought a 6-month package and I'm looking forward to going again.
