Ian was an excellent find for my latest artist. My original artist went out of business during covid and have been looking for some additional work to get done. I am extremely happy with how crisp the lettering is that I had done. Very professional and clean shop highly recommended and will be going back.

Clean, professional, quality work done and environment, what more can I ask for? I am very happy with choosing to go here for my first tattoo. I've been wanting to get one for a while but I didn't know where to start, and in my mind tattoo shops make me shy away for various reasons (too touristy, or too shady, or some other thing that intimidates me). It's just something daunting for me that I delayed my want to get a memorial tattoo for a while. I'm glad that my friend recommended to check out Ian's studio. Located towards the back of Hanel Hair Salon, his studio is a dedicated room for his art. I felt very at ease going to the studio and getting work done, which is very important to me. Ian is a man of few words but he is very professional and the focus and dedication to his craft is fantastic. I also love hearing a bit about the story of his art background, so that really made me feel like I really want to work with this guy. The tattoo I wanted involved some fine lines and details that I was a bit concerned with cramming into a relatively small space, but with email correspondence and final adjustments the day of my tattoo appointment, I was very pleased with the final results. It's been a week since I got my tattoo done and while it's not yet done healing, I look at it everyday and admire the great work Ian has done that I'll cherish forever in memory of my late father. Also a big bonus that all my friends and family I've shown all said how much they love the linework and shading too. Thank you Ian!
