Good vet, but very difficult to get them to move fast, schedule an appointment, or anything else administrative. Even refilling prescriptions is unnecessarily difficult and time consuming.

Always been a great vet, but since the pandemic, I often have to wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Also they make you make and pay for an appointment if you just need to ask the vet a question.

I am having a difficult time writing this review. Most of the time here I have a positive experience. Kate Cameron is a caring vet who obviously loves the animals that she sees. I have no complaints about the care my pets have received from Dr. Cameron. My problem is with the staff and some misunderstandings. My children all live in different households but we put our pets under one account name. Recently , a new pup came in for an exam and Cameron was critical that we had a new puppy. He lives in a household of two pets. Our Cameron account has five pets. There might be more if the ones who have passed aren't marked as deceased. They don't all live together.
