5 stars isn't enough to describe how well Dr. Natt and the entire team at Serra Veterinary took care of our cat Henry. It was our first time there and they took Henry in right away and examined him. The entire team was so kind, patient, and made us feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Natt is thorough and caring. He did a full work-up and was able to nurture Henry back to good health. The staff is wonderful as well. They were always willing to help answer any questions we had and cared for Henry as if he was their own. We were referred to Serra Veterinary Hospital for our dog's TPLO surgery. We couldn't be more grateful!! The whole staff is absolutely amazing! You can tell that they do what they for the good reasons. Dr. Natt is a professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate veterinary surgeon. He explained everything with detail, always with our dog's well-being as a top priority.If there was a 10 stars score, they deserve them!Thank you Serra Veterinary Hospital!! ?
