We needed flooring for our new sunroom, and came across Elephant Floor online. We had a very pleasant experience with everything from our first visit to the store in Sunnyvale to when the installation was completed. The store manager Camellia was very helpful with helping us choose the best option, Daniil the owner was extremely helpful with the measurements, gave a great suggestions for our project. The installer, Hector did a fantastic job with great attention to details, the finished product is beautiful and functional. We had been looking for new hardwood floors for some time for our house . The type of wood that we were looking for was not available at any store (tried almost all the stores in south and east bay). There were only two stores that carried the hardwood floor that we were looking for. One of them was Elephant Floors. Camelia showed us what could possibly match our requirements. Daniil and Camelia offered a very attractive price.Daniil advised us on proper preparation for the hardwood floor and for maintaining it. I had estimate done by Daniel. He was very professional and provided straight answers to my questions and concerns. In addition, the store has plenty of choices to select flooring material. Camelia the onsite sales person was very friendly and helped me choose different samples based on my requirements.
