We had our old water heater replaced and We’re very pleased with the customer Service we received. Our technician was knowledgeable and efficient and we had a brand new water heater installed less than 24 hours from the time I made an initial contact.
Pros: Fast service, friendly technician, the quality of work seems good
Cons: We were quoted $2100-$2600 over the phone for a gas hot water heater replacement. When the tech came out that number ended up being $2815. There was no explanation of why it didn’t fall within the quote. Nothing extra was needed with our install. It felt icky. We had a leaking water heater that needed to be changed and went with the appointment based on the quote that then jumped.
Needed a replacement water heater the same day and was able to get one. From call to installation was great. No hassles and full transparency. No surprise costs during install. Quote was honest. Best part is that no digital customer service center. Would recommend to anyone looking for water heater services and a local company.
