“I’m a new patient with Dr Thacker, recommended to me by a coworker. I’ve already been in the office 3 times and let me just say I have a huge fear of the dentist I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. From Karen at the front, Candace the dental hygienist, and Sadie (all that I’ve communicated with), to Dr Thacker himself they all make my experience less scary. Dr Thacker explains in full detail of what he will be doing to the actual procedure and even during he’s walking through what he’s doing, not to mention the most gentle dentist I’ve EVER experienced. What I went through in the past is zero communication with what’s going on only making my anxiety worse and I think I can safely say I don’t have that anymore. He even take pictures of my teeth of the before and after procedure and I’m just happy with what I’m experiencing so far. I look forward to keeping my teeth clean and healthy. Final thing is that there is absolutely zero pressure to doing what you’re not comfortable doing he is very conservative and only gives you what NEEDS to be done as to what HAS to be done.
