When he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and very careful in checking the wet carpet, baseboards, and affected areas. he explained the carpet cleaning and water extraction process in simple terms, answered our questions, and the pricing was fair. Sebastian and Nathan were friendly, professional, and always right on time. They did an excellent job cleaning our large sectional, three carpeted rooms, the travertine downstairs, and three tiled bathrooms upstairs. Everything came out looking beautiful, fresh, and well cared for. They took the time to explain the carpet and floor cleaning process, and it was clear they paid attention to detail with every area they serviced. jared came by today to deep clean our carpet and upholstery, and he was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, careful, and helpful. He really takes carpet cleaning seriously and paid close attention to the high traffic areas and spots that needed extra treatment. Our carpet looks great and feels fresh.
