I accidentally got some tough, oil-based stains and mud on my new off-white, baby blue, mint green, and light turquoise rug. Marvin from Friendly Hands Carpet Care was able to remove all the spots without any trouble. He stayed in touch with me, was able to come out quickly, and the price was very fair for the great job he did. It was clear he really knows a lot about carpet cleaning and takes the time to figure out the best way to treat each stain, instead of using the same method for everything. I was renting out a house in Santee with carpets that were so dirty, I thought I would have to replace them. I even started getting quotes for new carpet, but suddenly new tenants were moving in and I didn’t have time to make the change. The move-in was the next day and it was already Friday evening, so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to help. Luckily, I called and Marvin came out, even on his day off.
