We had our house inspected because when we went to sell my mother’s house in 2024, we found she had termites. We had Xtermite come out last year and they treated areas with their orange oil product. I am extremely sensitives to chemicals, so this is why we went with this company. I had only a slight issue with the orange oil. We recently did a follow up. The first time I believe outside areas of damage might have been overlooked. This time we had Kyle and he was extremely thorough and asked to look into doing some repairs to the fascia boards.
