We've been using Xtermite for about 3 years. It's so much better than moving out and tenting. We get annual inspections and spot treatment, and the reps are very knowledgeable and professional.

The technicians were through . A year later I thought I had found live termites and since we were under warrenty they returned to retreat they areas in question. There were not live termites but they treated anyway. We feel at ease knowing our house is protected for now.
