Straight Shooter is a great group and are very professional! They were very responsive/quick on scheduling a survey, going over the requested services, scheduling the install, showing me and explaining to me the install, testing everything, cleaning up after themselves, and handling the financials. Mike did a great job with the survey and going over the different options and going over the value of the install/service. The final pricing of the services were explained very well and the overall effort was above-and-beyond! Great company to work with! It’s always a pleasure to deal with professionals. Great communications from the company and the crew were great. My son has a background in HVAC and he was impressed in the whole project. Had Kenneth, Rayy, Ryan, and Frankie working the job. They were all very courteous and conscientious while at my home. A heat pump and this company are the way to go.
