Alex is a true professional and I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning services you might need. He's one of the few contractors I've had who truly appears to have the homeowners best interest at heart. He has excellent communication, no nonsense upsell strategies , and just does a really honest and efficient job. He even explained and went over several issues we might need addressed around the house that we hadn't noticed before! As new homeowners it's great to find someone you can rely on fully. Once again, high recommendation five stars. Will continue to use him for all my carpet cleaning needs.

We had our stairs cleaned by Green Coast Carpet Care, and the experience was fantastic. Our technician, Alex, was polite, upfront about the cost, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality.
