“I was surprised to see a sub 4.0 rating for this store. I shop here every day. The place is clean and well stocked with all expected items to be found at grocery stores. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a ton of free parking very close to the store. The prices are in line with similar stores. I see nothing wrong with this store. I've never had a bad experience here and will continue to shop here.“

Not only do they make their decadent caramels and chocolates in house (their other business name is "Le Caramel") but they use locally sourced businesses for all their other gift basket goodies! I had to order several baskets and Debbie and Christen were so easy and helpful to work with. They helped negotiate the right price/size and figure out the best style for each of my clients. “I don't want to leave this location with a bad rating because I frequent this location and staff is always super nice. I did want to make you aware that whomever is watering plants in the floral department is killing them. I bought 3 of your random 4 inch pot plants for $6.99 each yesterday. I immediately repotted them because they were drowning in water. You could feel it in the wrapping. I am not sure if 2/3 plants are going to survive repotting because I lost over half their root systems to root rot. The roots were mush. I've purchased plants like this at other locations and they weren't in such terrible shape.“

She helped bring my vision to life by making a beautiful, detailed mood board based off my Pinterest inspo and then the day of created the most dazzling, elegant, arrangements and bouquet I’ve ever seen. All my guests were saying the flowers were the prettiest wedding flowers they’ve ever seen as well. “With just 2 days to go before our 40th wedding anniversary we discovered that we never ordered the flowers! Yikes! They had to be roses of specific colors (peach and white) to replicate our '80's wedding. After calling around to many florists with no success, Dhuns Poway Florist said they could do it. They made a special trip to the wholesale flower mart to obtain the peach roses, the next morning and delivered a BEAUTIFUL arrangement tom our door exactly when they promised.“
