“Yesterday we had a new air conditioner installed by Straight Shooter Heating and Cooling. The technicians who came at 8AM were Jeff and Ryan. They were so kind and polite and answered all our questions with easy to understand explanations. They were very careful to make sure they didn't make a mess. They also were accommodating when we asked for an easier to operate thermostat, having to make an extra trip to pick a different one up. On top of all that they were here until almost 7PM making sure everything was perfect. Which is was! We highly recommend this company and especially these two wonderful technicians, Jeff and Ryan. “Michael was fantastic. After our first plumber failed to repair our clogged bathroom sink, we called AGC and they came the next morning.

Michael arrived around 8am and was very quiet, efficient and clean. He cleared out the clog which was in the drain past our wall in 15 minutes, cleaned up the mess that the cog had made (it was not a mess from the repair) and placed everything back exactly where he found it. Half the house didn’t even know he was there. Super grateful for his help!”

“I am so relieved my HVAC is finally working well after all these years. I spent many hours and calls trying to get the original contractor out to fix my system and they replaced some components and made tweaks here and there but the unit never seemed right.

I called a few of the big name places but their prices were outrageous and they didn't take the time to explain what was wrong. I am so grateful I found Tim and he was able to stop by and take a look at the system. I thought I had the problem figured out before Tim got there but rather than just take my word for it, he went through his own process first and was able to diagnose the problem and save me a lot of money and future headaches. Tim took the time to carefully and efficiently make small tweaks throughout the system to significantly improve the performance. Like a specialized mechanic, Tim was able to revive my system and help it run better than it ever did.

If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, communicative, meticulous, respectful of your time, reasonable, and thoughtful, please consider Tim with HeyNow. I will never call anyone else from now on!!”
