“I can't speak highly enough about this company. HVAC Medic has done work for me at multiple homes over the years with both stellar workmanship and top-notch customer service.They are great at both troubleshooting specific items of concern and doing general maintenance. They have replaced vent covers for me that were rusted, fixed twisted tubing in the attic that resulted in poor air flow in a room, re-charged my ac system, unclogged HVAC drains, and performed yearly general maintenance (which everyone should do) all with the utmost of workmanship. Jerry, Alex and all their other techs are top tier.“

“We needed a full Heater and AC replacement. Our unit was circa 1980. The rep came and did a full assessment of our current unit, home size, and ducting. We had estimates from other companies for compare and contrast. After Allegiance provided 5 options at different price points and explained each we opted for the mid price option and opted to include the service plan.Note that each customer will have a different need based on home size, home layout etc so stating pricing here isn't useful.During install the technicians were courteous and cautious and kept the work area organized and relatively clean as they could while working. I work from home and i wasn't impacted while they worked.We also were able to finance a portion of the cost. After install I already feel a difference even though we haven't run the system other than testing. Having all new ducting has sealed off the drafts from the attic into the home which is keeping it warmer overnight and cooler through the day.The climate in our home has improved already! We were happy with our experience and expect that this system will be amazing during the East County heat of the summer.“

“I called for my yearly heater inspection. Jerry's came over promptly. They thoroughly checked my heater and replaced the filter's. I also had 2 clogged sensors which they cleaned out. The heater most likely wouldn't have started with the clogged sensors. "My tech said".My tech was nice , professional and courteous. Plus he really knew his stuff.
