We needed a new water heater installed but it wasn't an emergency situation. John responded to my text in less than 60 seconds and quoted me less than half the price of the big name plumbing company. The next week we had a brand new water heater installed and everything is working perfectly. Thank you John and your team for providing excellent customer service!

The after hours emergency line never responded. I waited from 11pm to 8am the next morning with water coming from my wall. Because they must only service one complex, my property manager said all those calls and texts went to her. What kind of business is this? Left a hole in my wall and still over a week later nobody has communicated with me to fix it. (First review gave 1 star, if I could have given 0, I would have)EDIT:After my last review I was contacted to fix the wall, the next day.Tony came that afternoon and completed (drywall installation and painting) in just a few hours, in the span of 2 days, due to my schedule.
