Highly impressed with Jake's service. Do you ever call an exterminator and crinch at the thought of what you know is coming. Jake is a rare find. He is so honest. I called him for a termite inspection of my house prior to painting and he was responsive and timely. The cost $0! He could not find sign of termites so he didn't push an unneeded service. What a great guy!

We found termites one morning making holes in our kitchen wall. I immediately called W2 as a we had met him the previous year when he gave us suggestions for our fencing and knew he was very knowledgeable about his trade! He answered my call on a Sunday morning and scheduled work for Tuesday. I must have asked him about 100 questions over texts and phone calls as it made me nervous having to drill holes into our brand new patio to do the injections. I worried for nothing, it's like he was never here! The man knows what he is doing and not only does he do an incredible job, he cleans and patches as well and doesn't leave a trace. I needed to spot treat my home for termites and repair damage to wood. I used W2 as a second opinion and they were able to provide a better assessment and price than the original company. I liked that they came and accurately marked all the wood that needed to be repaired and scheduled the job quickly with very good results.
