“From the first response to my inquiry to learn more about the whole house fan, Jessica was super friendly and knowledgeable. She provided me with a detailed quote and information based off a few pieces of basic information about my home. They were able to schedule an in home consultation where the intent is to install same day. On appointment day, Jessica and Derrick showed up on time within the window they provided, were both very friendly and patient with all of our questions, and worked together quickly and seamlessly to install our whole house fan. It was less than an hour and a half from the time they arrived to when they were completely cleaned up and gone. This whole house fan is a GAME CHANGER. I highly recommend getting one to anyone who has challenges cooling down the interior of their home during hot months of the year. Jessica said that whole house fans are even great to be used year round to circulate fresh air throughout the house as well!I also love supporting a local, small business. He recently replaced the entire AC unit in the condo that I rent; great communication, timely, patient, friendly/caring, knowledgeable, hard worker (especially in the heat we've been having lately) ~ just an overall great human! When I had an issue on the weekend and asked him to call me and, hopefully, walk me through the problem, he came over and fixed it prior to his trip out-of-town for the weekend (which he truly deserves ~ time away from the job and to relax). Such a Super Man!“

“First of all.... WOW. My AC went out on Monday, July 24, 2023 and every company that I called was booked solid for a week.At 2:30am on 7/26/23 I was going through other vendors on Yelp and stumbled upon Duct Dynasty. I put in a request, hoping to hear from them during normal business hours, and low and behold Brian reached out to me at 6:45am. He was able to call me and was at my house at 10:30 (between appointments) for what we hoped would be a quick job! He, and his wife Liz, worked in a heatwave+humid as all get-out, and had my AC up and running in about 20 minutes (give or take).They had the best rate ($150/hour, with a 1 hour minimum), with no requirement to do a pre-diagnostic. He was able to diagnose and repair all in the same amount of time.They are also actively quoting us a new unit, as our current unit is not kind to the California electricity costs (and made in 1996). They have already given me a ton of options of where we could go, I have never felt better about this new, budding relationship! Thank you so much Brian (and Lizz)“

“Fred has been fixing my AC, water heater and plumbing issues for past 10 years. He has always been on time and responsive and the cost has always been fair. He also tries to find the best way to fix the issues with less damages. For example, we recently had a pipe leak and the easy way to fix it was to break shower tiles but he put extra effort to fix the issue through a small cut in the drywall instead of thousands of dollars damage to our shower. Highly recommended.“
