Fred is AMAZING! Our A/C unit stopped working suddenly today. I figured that we were in for a $1000. repair based of what my neighbors have been spending on A/C repairs. Called Fred and he was able to be at my house in 15 minutes. He took 4 screws off exterior unit and used a tester to see if an electrical part was functional. Gave me a price to replace defective part ($195) AND was very clear this could be just the beginning but we needed to do it first. I agreed to the price, he replaced it within a few minutes. He then came into the home and explained what the air conditioner should be able to cool the air and if it doesn't then we would need to look into further money...read full review
I can't begin to list the amount of times Fred and his team has come to rescue our home. From a clogged toilet to a broken down AC to a water leak with our HVAC. He's incredibly responsive, a straight shooter, fair with his prices and I know I can trust him. Thank you, thank you for always finding the time when I'm in a pinch. They go above and beyond and at a seriously fast and responsive rate. Fred has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars as many other companies I've contacted have tried to talk me into solutions that were unnecessary and avoidable. Will continue to use American Ace and will refer to my neighbors.
It happens usually during hot summer days that AC stops producing cold air. Called for service. A technician Dima Petrovskyy came the same day. Easily and quickly diagnosed the issue. Made repairs and replaced my AC filters. Very reasonable price and same day repair. Thank you. Very happy customer.
