I’ve used this company for about 3 to 4projects over the years. Gustavo and the folks at Bill Howe are the very word in plumbing. I’ve hired 2 other local plumbers to come out and look at what I thought was a dishwasher issue. It appears it wasn’t. Instead it was a pipe behind the dry wall which Gustavo finally fixed for us saying it wasn’t a dish washer issue. Really leaves me to believe that a certain glove wearing group don’t put in the effort Bill Howe does…
Over the years I’ve hired Bill Howe to do toilet and faucet replacements, and misc plumbing repairs. By far the crew that did the repairs recently was even better than the previous. Sam investigated the cast iron damage & repairs needed in record time, scheduled repairs immediately, made me laugh constantly, and communicated superbly. Rico was really nice, speedy at the plumbing repairs needed, and cleaned up the repair area in the garage. Roman and Sam did a confirmation camera of the lines to make sure that there were no breaks in the original cast iron between floors, check connection of new lines & at the existing sanitary T.
