I recently had a mini split installed at the house and I am thoroughly pleased with Ideal's efficiency and knowledge. Everyone I spoke with or had some sort of contact with was courteous, returned phone calls and answered questions promptly. A great company to work with and I will continue to call them for future projects or problems.

They were able to get a technician to me a day sooner than my their competitor at normal rates. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained details of his work to keep me informed. All this at reasonable rates. Ill call them again if and whenI need service.
