“Roman has been wonderful to work with. I've had issues with my air conditioning and air duct recently, and have had various contractors diagnose and do everything but fix the problem. Their estimates and solution to fix the problems would have cost me thousands of dollars and a lot of time and effort on my part.I've worked with Roman in the past (assigned via my Home Warranty) and requested a 2nd opinion so he could diagnose the issues. Just as I suspected, the other contractors were trying to rip me off making issues seem larger than they really were.Roman ran the necessary tests, ordered the parts and kept the scheduled appointment day/time. At the days of installation Igor and the team came in prepared, put in floor protection, kept the noise to minimum and responded to all the questions we had along the way. They suggested an improvement with the thermostat location which we loved. When the work was done Edgar made sure to walk us through how the duel heat pump works and recommended we call him if there any additional questions. “My first work order was submitted January 27th. Ron came out 4 times, a great guy, then finally declared the heater not repairable. Once this was determined, several Sears reps visited us, a necessary process. On March 27th, 2 new heaters were installed in one day. Everyone from Sears were kind, thorough, clean and informative. I went upstairs ready to vacuum up a mess and there was nothing! Ralph and Anthony need a wonderful job installing the heaters. We are very pleased to finally have heat after a very cold winter.“
