After my 15 year old AC condenser unit stopped working during a recent heat wave, I called Friars Heating and Air. The next morning technician Nick Walker arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Rather than trying to sell me a new unit, Nick explained what the issue was and offered me a reasonably priced solution to get the unit back in service. Nick was very polite with a clean, professional appearance and did a great job with the repair. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Friars Heating and Air to anyone in need of service.
