We had Friar’s come out and take a look at our AC system. It was working, but was not as efficient as it had been in the past. Rick and Ryan identified several issues that need to be addressed and offered a fair price, and never tried to sell me on a new system. Things are working great now! Thank you Rick and Ryan!

Derek came to the house at our request to give our HVAC system a tuneup before the hot weather hits. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained things clearly so I could understand. I didn’t feel as if he was trying to “upsell”, he just informed me on the efficiency of our current system. We will definitely request Derek, and this company, if we need HVAC and/or plumbing services again.
