“We had the most amazing experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing! Our 50 year old plumbing system decided to retire without authorization and backed up (you can imagine what) into our new bathroom and toilets. Emergency call and Rooter was there in 3 hours. They quickly identified the problem, were so knowledgeable and thorough. They stayed until almost midnight for the initial phase and the next 2 days over the weekend replacing. “We had a Mitsubishi ductless sytem installed in four rooms of our house about 10 years ago. The 2T compressor died short of the 12 year warranty period. Repair or replace? We had 4 different Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors out to diagnose and give us bids. They were all over the board in terms of price and solution. Oleg from Accord Air shot straight from the hip, giving us the pros and cons to repairing versus replacing, with details on two different Mitsubishi models. Within a week, we were up and running again, after a one day installation! His crew are very professional and Oleg is extraordinarily responsive to text messages and phone calls--even while he was on vacation! We will certainly be recommending him to friends and family!“
