After experiencing problems with our air conditioner shutting down intermittently, we called Air Plus Heating and Cooling. A very pleasant and efficient man named Brandon set up an appointment.Air Plus kept us apprised of the appointment - confirming several times and sending a photo of the technician who would arrive to help.The technician, Andrew Booth, came to our house right on schedule, and ran through several diagnostic tests - checking the airflow in and out of the vents, checking the AC unit, and checking to see if the condensate drain line was clear. We had Air Plus Heating & Cooling install our Trane Heat pumps. We shopped around a bit, not necessarily looking for the lowest price, but the best value overall. These guys hit it out of the park. Their prices were competitive, install was seamless, and the customer service impeccable. We purchased the service plan for the units and it’s as advertised, if there is any issue they make sure you receive VIP service in addition to the bi-annual servicing of the system.
