“KUDOS to David and Rafael!We recently had to reach out to Fire & Ice for their assistance in resolving an issue with our air conditioner when it decided to stop working.David paid us a visit mid-week and was able to diagnose and repair the issue, as well as perform our annual service (which I had lagged on earlier in the year). We were happy to have our functioning air conditioner again. Sadly though, our joy was short lived when our downstairs neighbor informed us that our AC was leaking into his apartment.The next day, Rafael paid us a visit to investigate the reported issue. He determined that we had a clogged condenser line which he worked diligently to resolve to no avail.This week, David returned to complete the scheduled maintenance on our unit, cleaning the blower and coil.
