“First of all.... WOW. My AC went out on Monday, July 24, 2023 and every company that I called was booked solid for a week.At 2:30am on 7/26/23 I was going through other vendors on Yelp and stumbled upon Duct Dynasty. I put in a request, hoping to hear from them during normal business hours, and low and behold Brian reached out to me at 6:45am. He was able to call me and was at my house at 10:30 (between appointments) for what we hoped would be a quick job! He, and his wife Liz, worked in a heatwave+humid as all get-out, and had my AC up and running in about 20 minutes (give or take).They had the best rate ($150/hour, with a 1 hour minimum), with no requirement to do a pre-diagnostic. He was able to diagnose and repair all in the same amount of time.They are also actively quoting us a new unit, as our current unit is not kind to the California electricity costs (and made in 1996). They have already given me a ton of options of where we could go, I have never felt better about this new, budding relationship! Thank you so much Brian (and Lizz)“

He recently replaced the entire AC unit in the condo that I rent; great communication, timely, patient, friendly/caring, knowledgeable, hard worker (especially in the heat we've been having lately) ~ just an overall great human! When I had an issue on the weekend and asked him to call me and, hopefully, walk me through the problem, he came over and fixed it prior to his trip out-of-town for the weekend (which he truly deserves ~ time away from the job and to relax). Such a Super Man!“

“Ricardo came first and inspected my neighbors bathroom and then came to my place and said there is a leak. Then he came with his equipments and try to fix the leak. Then he had to pick up the gasket from outside. He did not take too long. He was polite I asked him to check the tank was filling of and on. But he said tbere is no leek. But I hear that the tank is filling of and on today too. I am going to wait for few more days. Ricardo. Was very polite and professional.“

“I was having a problem with my commercial freezer and had two other specialists tell me two different things regarding the diagnosis. I called Michael Fryman Refrigeration of Ramona , CA and spoke with the owner, Michael ,who made everything clear. Not only did he take his time trying to help me with the diagnosis, he helped me to realize I had already wasted $500 on incorrect diagnoses. SO he recommended a new approach and saved me at least another $1000 on further loss. I was so impressed with Michael being so helpful without taking a penny from me which is rare in this day and age. SO I want to highly recommend this company as being fair and honest which is what everyone needs nowadays.I will now keep his number as my go to for future refrigeration needs and look no further.“

“Salwan was assigned to fix our A/C during a horrible heatwave. We were worried we would fall victim to high estimates… out of desperation from the heat. But the technician was prompt, honest,and thorough. Couldn’t have been more pleased!!“
