During a heat wave here in San Diego we ran into hot air blowing into our house… Like most HVAC companies they were booked out a week plus but Chris and his professionalism was amazing… He was texting and providing guidance which included pictures recommendations troubleshooting, and it helped us fix our problem. My very old AC finally stopped working. Two very well known and very large companies came out and gave me quotes to replace everything - $24000 for one and $46000 for another - because that’s what they said was necessary. I decided I needed a 3rd opinion. Called Reliable and was immediately told “sounds like you had a salesman come out.” Alex came out a couple days later and within about 2 hours my very old machine was up and running again. All of those “major issues” the first 2 companies identified were no longer an issue. My furnace was suddenly perfectly fine and my ductwork was adequate.
