my review. Posted on Yelp and thought I would repeat it here. Got a new water heater installed from them in 2018. Really nice technician that worked with me. But that's not what prompted me to send a positive review here. I'm selling my condo at this time and the inspection report came back with the TPR valve pipe not being to code. The material is PVC and should be copper. Of course I call the same company that installed it in the first place. Technician (Adam-also very friendly) examined it and agreed that it's not to code. I let them know what my stance on this was which was, "hey, I would have thought that this would've been done in the beginning. had I known better I would have paid whatever the price for the proper valve tubing" Adam called the Main Manager, Jim to discuss the situation and my feelings abou this. By the way, it was with understanding and compassion that Adam went about this....(this goes a long way with ANY business). Jim and Adam spoke on speaker (per Adam's suggestion) while I was there and...well, long story short...Jim with no hesitation said let's make it right for this customer and replace this with copper at no charge. No battle. No push-back. Just understanding the situation and doing the right thing. For this, I will remain a customer for good. Thanks Adam, Jim and Rooter Hero!"
