A new fridge was too far away from the sink for Best Buy to hook up the water for the ice-maker, etc. United sent a guy out who arrived on time, assessed the situation, and gave me a reasonable estimate. When he returned (on time) he completed the task. The line was installed perfectly and HE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP when finished. And he was polite, professional and punctual.
I had new smoke detectors to install. Ben called and came before scheduled time, gave all details up front, and finished in a respectable amount of time. Service was exactly what I ordered. I recommend United for electrical (he’s a certified electrician).
