“I was a little worried when no one showed up at the scheduled time for our first appointment, but then realized I never provided them my address. I met with Israel the next day, showed him what I wanted, and he explained there was room to add a third zone to our heating/cooling system. They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. Ruben was punctual and a great communicator and went the extra mile when I requested he wrap one final vent strictly for aesthetic purposes. Bubak came out a few days later to wire the units and to set up the thermostat. It all went smoothly and I am super happy with the price and process. Highly recommend.“

“I have a Kenmore stackable washer and dryer, and it got stuck on the rinse cycle and would not advance to spin cycle. I have had my machine for 22 years and it's the first issue I have ever had and was hoping it wasn't too serious. I found Spark Appliance Repair on Yelp and really liked what I read and called. Even on a weekend, Eli answered right away. He asked for the model number and when he came over, he had the part that he thought would be needed and sure enough he was spot on. He was able to fix it in the first visit. No need to make an extra trip to buy anything and it saved both he and I time and $.
I appreciate how proactive Eli was before he came out to diagnose and I later found out that he is typically off on Sundays. Not only did he come out, but his area that he generally serves is about 30 miles from where I live.

He diagnosed the issue quickly and the repair didn't take long at all. He made payment easy, left the work area spotless and as I thanked him profusely for helping me on his day off, he said that he knew I needed this urgent repair and that he liked to be good to people. That really touched my heart. 😊 In this day when things are becoming automated, you cannot replicate this kind of expertise, professionalism, and kindness.

“I had a great experience with this service, handled by Mike. My understanding is that Mike took over from Frank a few years ago. Mike came out for a washer repair on my 1986 Kenmore which I hoped to save. He worked his butt off trying to track down the parts, as the machine needed to be rebuilt, and ultimately could not locate everything. But I was super impressed with the effort he made, and his generosity and graciousness in putting hours into research all for the initial diagnostic fee of 100, even after it became apparent that he was losing money on the job. I also had Mike fix my elderly gas stove. He was highly competent, did a great job with the stove. Throughout I found him to be dedicated and professional, always staying in touch via text with updates about status and his arrival times. I will call him again for future appliance repairs.“
