Great customer service and really happy with our new AC and Furnace. The Fuse staff was very professional and all went well from the initial appointment, estimate proposal and then the installation of the new equipment.
I was blown away by the top quality service I received both with equipment and install. Maxim was on time both install days and very polite and professional. He explained the process and guided me through all the different steps to install my heat pump and air conditioner. Part of the equipment had to be installed at an angle, Maxim accomplished this with ease and made it level. Maxim was very thorough with testing the equipment towards the end of the project and my house was cleaned up very well afterwards. If you need any of the services Fuse offers, you will be glad you chose them for your project. Thank you Maxim and the whole Fuse family!
