“Handy Plumbing did a great job from the small initial job to the larger job that they ended up needing to do. After 20 years of having plumbers come into the house, these folks were the first ones to point out something obvious that should never have been implemented in the first place, what could happen, and what would happen, that made no sense to leave as possible danger and openin to severe home damages, just as one small item they found during the job, that they fixed at no charge. They also came and fixed a few other things that I ran into that cropped up during the time they were here without charge. I really enjoyed their pleasant, intelligent and responsible personnel, whom I could trust.“

“Had a ground floor flooded on Saturday night. Called several plumbers on Sunday morning: they were the only ones to call back promptly, and to show up in less than two hours. It was not an easy project, but they told me that since it was an emergency, they would give priority to my problem. By Monday night everything was fixed, It was not cheap, but they did a lot of work digging the floor and locating the broken sewer pipes. I can not compare their cost due to lack of other plumbers ever showing up or even just returning my calls. They were very professional and did everything they said they would. Definitely will call again if needed !“

“After paying another plumber to install a high-end Rinnai tankless water heater, I had to fire him and hire Shoreway to finish the job. Was reminded of the old saying, "if you think it's expensive to hire a professional...wait until you hire an amateur!" -- which is what I got before Shoreway came out.Jose provided great comms on the coordinating, quoting, etc. -- and Fernando installed all the final equipment like a surgeon. The first plumber whom I'd fired installed things crookedly, pipes all over the place, poor comms and never showed up to finish the work. Shoreway (Fernando) - installed professionally, neatly, minimizing use of space and running a new, clean line out of the garage. Installed water sensor in the remote bathroom and digital timer for recirculation. Hire without regret or giving it a second thought. They clearly take great pride in their work, the results of which reflect greatly on them as individuals and on their company. Yes, I paid a bit more - but well worth it.“

“These folks are great. We are in Quarantine at home with a broken/leaking water heater. It's frustrating! you start calling for service and nobody answer the phone due this coronavirus. I asked my sister if she knows somebody. She used Bay Air HVAC for a few of her needs and gave me their phone.
