Alex responded quickly to my request to look at furnace that was intermittently working. It was an old furnace that I tried to repair several times unsuccessfully, and he recommended replacing it. He was courteous and straightforward, and I had a new furnace installed for a good price within a couple of days. Thanks Alex!
Installed new heater. A year later installed an AC unit. Later upgraded to double wall furnace exhaust stack, due to condensation.
