“Our heating system randomly stopped working after we changed the batteries in our thermostat. I tried all the tricks I could find on Google but nothing worked. It was really cold outside! I called Rush Air Mechanical and received a call back quickly. I was not able to answer at that moment, but a few minutes later, Alex texted me. We subsequently communicated via text and via phone. I sent him pictures and videos, and he tried to help me figure things out. When this wasn’t possible, he came over within an hour! He got the system working within 15 minutes. Even though he had had driven over, just to evaluate my heater and taken time out of his day, he didn’t even charge me. I am so appreciative for this, and will definitely contact this company again if we have heater issues in the future. Thank you Alex!“

“I called Anthony, not expecting availability on a holiday but he made time and came over punctually. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He replaced out a switch in our microwave that caused it to run when the door was opened and also fixed the gas burner that didn't light consistently. In two minutes, he addressed something that another tech from two months ago couldn't accomplish! Similarly, he identified that the freezer door gasket was not causing the icing over but helped with creatively zip tying the arms of the basket, since the part is no longer available. I will certainly be relying on Anthony for our future needs. I highly recommend him!“

“Our fridge and freezer broke down on Friday before the long weekend. Honestly, I thought we will be in for a long, painful and expensive process. Someone highly recommended this company to me. I called and the technician (Jim) came to our house in 30 minutes... on a Saturday!! He diagnosed the problem, fixed it (came prepared with the right parts) and left - all within an hour. “Marcucci came in and saved our big renovation at the end - we were unable to move in due to the original HVAC/heat pump contractor really messing up their install - the system kept going into emergency shutdown after 15m. Other Hvac companies were suggesting tearing everything out and starting over. Marcucci came in, analyzed the setup, determined what ducting changes and zoning changes were needed and completed the work in 2 days, balancing the system perfectly. It's been working great for the last couple of years. I strongly recommend them, in particular those who are working with ducted heat pumps.“

“Absolutely amazing service from this company. I had an HVAC system installed by another company and I suspected that there might be a carbon monoxide leak. I called the company that originally installed the system and they said there was no leak and everything was fine.Fortunately, I called up Trio heating & air, and they found a crack in the heat exchanger, and they found that there was a high level of carbon monoxide being released into the house.I’m so glad I called Trio and they sent over really insightful and helpful associates - Rafe & Junior.These guys ought to get 6 stars …“

“Our home is about 3000 Sqft split between two floors, which means the temperature can be drastically different between upstairs and downstairs without proper control. It can be extremely cold during the winter while overheated upstairs.To solve our problem, Armen and the team designed and installed a thermostat controller duct dampers-based solution. We had for almost three months now - It works perfectly.Armen took the time to evaluate my situation and presented the most cost-effective solution. He took the time to explain the whys. Unlike many others, he did not try to sell me anything that we don't need.During the installation, his team always show up on time, keep the workspace clean, and they are very ploite and helpful.Finally, his team went above and beyond to fix my air cleaner machine, which was outside of their original scope. “Our A/C went out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, during the absolutely hottest days of our summer 100+ degrees! We called the people who we have used recently and they were going to be closed on Sunday and Monday. Someone posted on NextDoor that they had a great experience with McFarlane the day before, so I called Monday morning and he said he was in Marin County and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. He arrived at 12:40, fixed our unit and was back on the road by 1:00! We wanted to pay him before he left, but he said he'd bill us! The bill was very reasonable. Our A/C is about 18 years old, so we expected we would have to replace it, but he told us not to replace it until it quit on us. He could have sold us a new unit. When the times comes, McFarlane is who we'll be calling!“
